Lindsay has participated in sports from a young age, sampling a little bit of everything from basketball to volleyball to flag football and kickball. Her interest in weight lifting began in high school while training over the summer for the fall and winter sports seasons. Lindsay moved to Arizona in 2011 to Finish her residency in Audiology and she graduated in 2012 with her doctorate. While not formally trained in weightlifting or CrossFit® coaching, Lindsay began her journey at BLK LBL in 2017. Since that time, Lindsay frequents the 5 am class and tries to convince others that she doesn’t really work at the gym and that “crop top” Fridays are mandatory.
While fitness coaching isn’t her background, she holds a passion for what a healthy lifestyle can bring. With that, in 2021 she decided to pursue the 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate in order to bring safe movement and mobility to our community. The benefits of movement through yoga and mindset-discipline compliment the strength and functional fitness of CrossFit®. She is very excited to meld these two worlds together and loves benefitting our community with her discipline for movement.
