This women’s class offers strength and skill training along with fun and effective metcon-style workouts. MOMS incorporates strength based movements with workouts to build a solid foundation. The movements and workouts in MOMS focus squarely on building a strong base and provides exposure to strength training.
You will learn how to squat, press, pull, and clean through strength progression. You will also gain exposure to common bodyweight, gymnastic, and mono structural movements.
