Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and are split into two tracks:
This track is tailored for beginners and intermediate exercisers, focusing on high-intensity functional training that combines weights and cardio.
FITNESS workouts feature longer durations, stations, and circuit-based routines, providing a balanced approach to building strength and endurance.
The PERFORMANCE track is crafted for intermediate to advanced exercisers. These workouts have a strength bias and focus on higher skill and complex movements. You’ll encounter conditioning segments that are scored for time and reps, integrating multiple modalities to push your limits.
Every participant at our Phoenix gym has the flexibility to choose which workout, or a mix of both tracks, suits their needs. Our coaches are there to help scale and modify movements and loads to match each member’s individual goals.
No matter which track you choose, our coaches will lead you and your fellow members—who are all committed to being better today than they were yesterday—through an impactful and enjoyable workout. Both tracks are designed to deliver results while ensuring you have fun along the way.
