Scaling Options

Muscle Ups = BMU or Burpee Pull Ups

Box Jumps = Box Step Ups

T2B = Hanging Knee Raises

C2B = Pull Ups, Banded Pull Ups or DB Rows

Strict HSPU = Kipping HSPU or Seated DB Strict Press
